Review of San Jose, California

There is no justification for living in SAN JOSE!
Star Rating - 9/22/2006
I live just south of San Jose in Monterey. I spent two hours yesterday driving through ghetto after ghetto all throughout the city of San Jose. Downtown consisted of many thugs and homeless people and the streets are very dark even during the day. Honestly, I didn't see one tech looking person while I was there, mostly just latinos whom seemed to overtake a once nice city.
The reason I went ot San Jose is to take an exam at Evergreen college. The lady who proctored me said that enrollment is down to an all time low and that the tech/job industry in San Jose is FLAT.
The reason I had to stay 4 hours in San Jose after my test is because TRAFFIC is STOPPED till 9pm. People spend a large percentage of their existance stuck in nonstop traffic for hours, luckily I knew not to wait in traffic and decided to explore the neighborhoods looking for somewhere to hang out until the traffic was gone.
Real Estate in San Jose is an absolute joke. The market consists of overpriced homes where people are so greedy they want a $1 million dollars for a shack, yeah right! Why even buy a house when all you do is work for a mortgage and live in traffic, mexican ghettos, and wait for your job to be outsourced! And what is up with those concentration camp looking yellow street lights?!
Common people, WAKE UP!!! You are being robbed of your values of a $1, and fed lies growing up! Life is not about things its about happiness!!
So stop waiting in traffic, stop paying your life away in interest for a tiny house, and get out of this dying empire!
Oh wait, educated professionals are leaving in the droves to places like Singapore, Dubai and Asia!

Really!! I was in San Jose about 2 months ago and it did not look so bad when I was in downtown San Jose, except the traffic jam over the 101 freeway.. Yes, there were plenty of old buildings near the downtown area ,but I haven't seen any homeless people yet. I found that many brand new vitnamese shopping centers or strip malls opened in the outskirt of San Jose. Sooner or later, it will turn into a Vitnamese town.
